• Clients receive full ownership of custom deliverables
• Finarchitect retains the right to use work in portfolios
• Pre-existing tools and frameworks remain our property

Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Generally, we require a deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon project completion or according to agreed milestones.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finarchitect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your prior written consent.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
